This Privacy Policy explains what information allblu collects, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the allblu website and related services (the “Service”).

Swap-related information
- destination (receive) wallet addresses
- refund wallet addresses
- asset pairs, amounts, quote parameters, and swap identifiers
- blockchain transaction identifiers and status information needed to facilitate or support a swap
Technical and usage information
- IP address
- browser and device information
- pages visited and approximate usage activity
- diagnostic and performance information
Support information
- email address and message content you send to support
- swap details you choose to include in a support request
Device-local information
- swap history and related preferences stored in your browser (for example local storage) so you can view recent swaps without an account
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
Blockchain networks are public. Transaction details you broadcast onchain are publicly visible and outside allblu’s control.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and operate the Service
- generate quotes and facilitate supported swaps
- show status and help you track swaps you initiated
- improve performance and reliability
- detect abuse, fraud, and misuse
- respond to support requests
- comply with legal obligations
4. Analytics
If enabled, we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Service is used (for example page views and product events related to quoting and swapping).
Analytics configuration may use consent controls where required. Essential Service operation does not depend on optional analytics.
5. Third-Party Providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate parts of the Service, including:
- swap infrastructure (including Chainflip Broker / Chainflip-related services)
- hosting and content delivery
- analytics
- security and performance tooling
These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing.

The Service uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- keep essential website functionality working
- remember preferences and local swap history
- understand usage and improve performance (including analytics, when enabled)
You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking certain storage may limit features such as local swap history.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide support, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Device-local swap history remains on your device until you clear site data or it ages out under product retention rules.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a request, contact support@allblu.xyz.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
